Self-realization is a journey of healing your trauma/shadow and becoming your true self.
It is a process of inner exploration of your self and psyche, witnessing and addressing your split parts, bringing your wounds to the light, and learning your own truth.
Healing is about connecting the mind and the body and clarifying your own identity which is impacted by layers of conscious and subconscious programs, unprocessed traumas, and cultural conditioning.
It's a process in which you build your inner awareness and learn that we are multidimensional beings and how to master your own inner spiritual resources.
Healing trauma guides you to the realization of the self, It is a process where you become REAL and recover your own identity.
It is a process of embodying a fragmented soul bringing you to the place where you belong standing strong in your healthy identity and autonomy.
Hi. I am Jolanta.
My practice is about creating a safe environment for you to transform and awaken to your true self. I'm here to help you to make sense of what you are experiencing, gently guide you to heal and become the greatest expression of yourself.
I have been in private practice for over a decade. I'm a very intuitive facilitator and my approach is holistic and practical. I am a spirituality and trauma researcher, and explorer so it is only natural for me to integrate healing methodologies, knowledge, and tools from Coaching, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, EFT, Havening, Mindfulness, Soul Body Fusion, Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy, and Neuroscience.
I am here to guide you to transform yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and help you to bring your genius to the light. You can heal your anxieties, other symptoms, and unresolved trauma. Each session offers you a safe space to meet your Self, explore your psyche and provide an opportunity to transform, heal and integrate.
We are going through an area of Covid-19 which has been for most of us very traumatizing. We feel triggered by the invisible virus, negative news, and all restrictions, we feel helpless and anxious. Our lifestyle and freedom became so limited and we hear constant reminders of social distancing and wearing masks which disrupt our natural instinct to bond and connect with each other.
All the above can trigger in us our deep unhealed wounds and early traumatization and can cause severe anxiety, panic attacks, dissociation, depression, and many other symptoms.
It is difficult to come to terms with the Covid-19 experience so I work with clients who are struggling to reconcile the physical, emotional, and mental impacts of their experience. Get in touch to find out how one-to-one therapy can support this process.
At the moment I am working online providing sessions using Zoom and Skype.
Would you like to have steady, compassionate support from someone who walked in your shoes, who can guide you to transform your challenges? If yes, then book your free consultation.
I am here for you.
Sessions with Jolanta were a lifesaver for me. I desired changes, but I didn't know what I wanted to change. Coaching sessions helped me to believe in myself, rebuild my self-esteem, reconnect with inner me and, finally, move forward. I was discovering my full potential and becoming free from limiting beliefs during each meeting. I know I still have a long way to go, but I'm not afraid of it, thanks to Jolanta. She made me fearless. I think each of us needs someone like Jolanta. She asks the right questions, motivates you, believes in you. Most important is that she reminds you to be brave every time. Because she is like an angel who picks you up when your wings forget how to fly. Thank you, Jolanta.
Sometimes all we need is a sounding board. Talking about feelings takes courage and it is not easy. That is why I offer a limited number of free consultations every week.
The consultation takes up to 30min. it is an opportunity for you to talk about your presenting symptoms and ask your burning questions. It will help you to understand what could cause your challenges and what I can do to help you. Remember, asking for help is ok, it is a sign of strength even though you are not sure if you suffered from any trauma.
Remember, you are not alone. We are in this together and we need each other. Talking to someone always helps. If you feel suicidal and you have no one to talk to please call one of the mental health helplines below and talk to someone about how you feel. This will help. Below are the numbers.
